Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select your items.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, ensuring all Hoodrich tags and labels are intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
